What to expect

A real person reads every email.

  • Replies usually land within one business day. We don't use auto-responders or "ticket received" boilerplate.
  • For bugs, please include the URL you audited and your audit ID if you have one — speeds up triage by an order of magnitude.
  • Feature requests get added to a public-facing roadmap once we're ready to commit. Until then, we'll tell you honestly whether we're likely to build it.
  • Privacy or data-deletion requests go directly to legal — we respond within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
